[...] Overall I was really pleased with the conference. On top of the place being totally packed (sold out), there were a lot of good sessions, a good crowd, and I met a lot of cool, new people including Peter Elst, Mike Chambers, Garrett Nantz, Aral Balkan, Michelle Yaiser, Scott Janousek, and Aaron Simpson. All very talented individuals. I even got to finally meet the other author of our book, the hilarious Todd Anderson. Solid dude. I wish he lived in NYC so we could be beer drinking buddies. Unfortunately I didn’t get to meet as many people as I would have liked because we we’re busy working on our presentation the day and a half of the conference, and after our presentation I developed a horrible headache behind my right eye that prevented me from really being able to hang out and socialize. So if you are at all inclined, you can download our presentation slides over on nobien.net. [...]
